I love to share my gift of healing, especially when it comes to treating a pregnant wOMen, or a postpartum patient. It’s enormous change that the pregnant body is going through in 9 months and it’s so important to give it the proper care to accommodate these changes.

2 hours - 1200 dkk
Approximately 2 hr session where I’m teaching the mOM and her partner/birth support about how to comfort with the usage of Rebozo. It is a scarf/shawl like fabric originally used in traditional Mexican midwifery to comfort the mOM. It’s a great tool to use before during and after labour.

Dear Sisters,

I invite you and your partner to join me for a 2-day deep dive to prepare for the physical and spiritual journey of childbirth. I am offering you an exciting mix of birth education and interactive activities including women’s and and men’s circling, where you will be invited to connect, reflect and be heard and seen in a way that is often not available to us in our busy modern day lives.

I have worked hard to create a program for couples that covers what we see as the most important aspects of preparing for your sacred rite of passage into motherhood. I will be digging deep into the following:

🌸 Birth positions: options available to you and trusting your intuitive instincts

🌸 Blissful Postpartum: continuing the baby bubble and setting yourself up for an easeful, joyful and well-supported postpartum

I see birth as a sacred rite of passage for both mother and child. I will therefore be focusing specifically on how to create woman-centered ceremony around birth in your own home.

If you are planning a hospital birth, this course is also for you as the topics we cover are also highly relevant outside the home. I will be teaching everything we know to be true about medicalized birth, and you will learn about the most common hospital interventions along with their risks, which will support you in making informed decisions.
